It's pleasure to be here. I mean let me tell you a little bit about Jim. He is A. Entrepreneur a celebrity stylist visionary leader in the beauty industry winner of so many awards, including Earth Este young entrepreneur of the year and the inter Lifetime Achievement Award and so much more. And that's why he's here. He is an amazing human who has come from really a soul crushing background and now he provides hope.
To others, that's what you do, You know. Thank you very much. It's really it was really fun Well. It's very special. What you do and what you are all about and um let's talk about. What here wrote um in your book, you wrote this book is dedicated to dreamers to those who believe in the magic of faith and the power of persistence to those who fight through all the challenges doubts and hardships to discover their true destiny as a winner.
Yeah, it's important to recognize that you are made to win. It's important to recognize that why did you write? The book, you uo is to help other people I've been asked for 30 years. Why why don't you write a book because having come from uh a barber background, a dollar fifty barber to having succeed uh some really big successes in life having but having failed in a lot of ways it became quite clear to me that this is information that entrepreneurs and people need to know people any that you get knocked down.
That's part of life is getting back up and winning and going for it and knowing you really are made to win made to. I mean bg story I've gotta say it has more roller coaster rides than anything I've ever seen. I mean it is wild so let me begin by telling you guys um who are tuning in and let us know where you're from um I wanna share a little bit of your background.]
