Olive town has me worried, it seems like it might http://www.xgs.in/blog/dating-venezuelan-guys/when-can-a-teenager-start-dating.php better to wait a while until all of the DLC is out to get the game then. Rune Factory 4 on the other hand I've heard nothing but good things about. RF4 is very much an RPG first and a farming simulator second. It also has an overarching story and goals in the form of requests from a request box. In short, if farming matters most to you then SoS is probably what you want.

If characters and story matter more then RF4 may be up your alley. To be honest the biggest thing I want is an emphasis on farming AND characters. The biggest thing thats turning me off of Olive Town right now is that it almost seems like its fcatory finished? But RF5 is coming out too. Do I get Olive Town now and hope its not too empty without its dlc?
I dont mind the fighting and the RPG stuff, thats all fine. I enjoyed the first game after all. With RF4 the dialogue and character portraits all just seem so well done. Conversely, those look the weakest parts of Olive Town.]
