It elrctrical pretty bad, but I don't know if this is relatively typical or not. Do the inspections usually find a lot of things? Cause there were alot of things he pointed out as issues, some bigger than others and maybe one or 2 that are red flagish.
Were you there for the inspection? If not, reach out to the inspector and ask what is problematic. Also, review with your agent as they generally know what needs to be addressed vs what's going to be the straw breaking the camel's seller's back. Our realtor had us review and pick 5 seller repair requests and then reviewed and whittled down from there before presenting.

Some got fixed, others credited at closing. Fwiw, slow tyical sinks, we're talking plural, right? Are more indicative of root issues. Significant water damage is an air sucking through teeth moment as there's all kinds of issues beneath that the inspector cannot see. Did you get a pest inspection? I would if there's indication of that level of damage which is going to attract pests and cause more damage.
Crawl space standing water can mean foundation problems. Did the inspector recommend a follow-up or consulting a specialist? Clarity would be recommended and that can be done by reaching out to the inspector.
